Recipe for Carrot Smoothie
For this carrot smoothie we used fruits: oranges and apples. You can easily pick alternative ingredients for substitutions or additions such as; celery, ginger, kale, spinach, cucumber, or beetroot. Make and try a variety of smoothies to suit your taste
Use frozen or fresh banana and a touch of yogurt (or plant based alternative) to create a perfectly creamy texture.
Milk substitutes can be almond milk or other nondairy or dairy milk.
Cinnamon is a spice that will complement the flavors. Add a dash into or on top of the smoothie with carrots.

Instructions
- Pour coconut milk into the blender ninjablast or any personal blender or blender.
- Peel and chop one carrot. Peel the orange and place it into the blender.
- Peel the apple and slice into wedges and place into the blender. Add carrots to blender.
- Press the power button and wait for the square button to turn solid purple then press to blend for 30 seconds. I do this twice when it’s carrots so it blends well.
- Serve in a mason jar, glass, or drink from the ninja blast.
