Who is ready to refresh their skin and get your glow on? Part of a good skincare routine should include exfoliation. Exfoliation is the process of removing dead skin cells and impurities from our skin. This skincare routine is important to help maintain healthy skin, improving skin quality. The process refreshes skin, leaving a fresh glow. Ladies, you want a fresh glow don’t you? Today I’m sharing how easy it can be along with a few beauty tips and a new beauty product we had the chance to try.
You really don’t need a lot of supplies to give yourself an exfoliation skin treatment. You need a clean soft cloth, a hand towel, exfoliation product (New Day Exfoliating Grains*the one I reviewed) and warm water. I wash my face first, removing makeup prior to starting the exfoliation process.

How New Day Gentle Exfoliating Grains Work
Beauty Steps For Exfoliation
Gently pour a bit of the grains into the palm of your hand or a ramekin dish. Use about the size of a quarter. Watch out when pouring them out, the grains can come out fast. Next add tepid water. In a circular, sweeping motion you’ll stir it with your finger to mix. Then apply it to your face and gently rub it around covering your face. I did my neck around chin line too. When your done take tepid water, rinse and pat dry. What I do is take a warm damp soft cloth and gently remove it from my face, rinse and pat dry.

When I first received my FarmacyBeauty New Day Gentle Exfoliating Grains I was surprised at how small the bottle was. How could this little bottle last? I was wrong! These grains are so fine and soft that it really doesn’t take much to create the foamy exfoliation. But, you do have to be careful when pouring it out to the bottles hole size, despite that fact the packaging is so pretty. This product is an all-inclusive skin care treatment, the grains cleanse, exfoliate and clarify in one step for fresh, clear skin.

I loved how these exfoliating grains felt. Not harsh or rough, not too grainy. (see image above). It’s a very gentle, soft scrub. It left my skin feeling refreshed and yes, glowing. No, redness at all. I didn’t experience any unpleasant effects. I truly enjoyed this beauty product and am continuing to use it. If you asked me would I buy it to use when I run out? I’d have to answer yes. It’s really a nice exfoliation beauty product. It’s so gentle you can use it often, without irritation. This ones a keeper!
