- Puff Pastry Sheets Find this in the freezer section at your grocery store. (1 or 2 depending on how big you make them, and how many your serving) They come 2 sheets to a package.
- Once Again Nut Butter Amoré Hazelnut Spread
- Maraschino Cherries
- Powdered Sugar
Kitchen tools you’ll need
- Sheet pan
- Siplat or Parchment paper
- Pastry brush
- Teaspoon

Directions for making cherry tarts
- Defrost your puff pastry according to package directions.
- Pre heat your oven to 400 degrees.
- Pull off any cherry stems, your cherries should be pitted already.
- Chop them into little pieces, and place them in a bowl. Reserve some juices for later.
- Cut your puff pastry into 6 or 12 rectangles depending on the size you want your tarts.
- Add your chopped cherries in the center of every other puff pastry
- Drizzle Amoré Hazelnut Spread over the tops of the cherries
- Take your pastry brush and spread some cherry juice around the edges of the pastry
- Top with the pastry puff with no cherries
- Crimp with a fork together
- Brush cherry juice on top
- Bake according to directions about 15 minutes at 400 degrees.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar
- Drizzle chocolate over the top
- Serve when ready!
If you are keeping your cherry tarts for later, let them completely cool then cover with foil or saran wrap gently. Keep them cool.
