Coconut Dragon Fruit Margarita Recipe
Ingredients
- 1-ounce Tequila
- 1-ounce Coconut Tequila
- Half a fresh Dragon Fruit, cut into cubes
- 1/2-ounce Coconut (Flavoring) Syrup
- 2 ounces of the Coconut Margarita Mix
- Cocktail Sugar (available in colors too)
- Or Margarita Salt if preferred.
Instructions
- Using a small glass, place the dragon fruit onto the center of the cheesecloth and wrap the cheesecloth.
- Squeeze the juice from the dragon fruit into the glass.
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add the Tequila, Coconut Tequila, Dragon Fruit Juice, Coconut Flavoring Syrup, and Coconut Margarita Mix.
- Add the shaker lid to the shaker and hold it securely while giving it a few good shakes.
- Next, salt (or sugar) the rim of the glass (first by squeezing lime onto the edge, then dipping the glass in the salt or sugar, and then filling a glass with ice. Then pour the shaken cocktail over the ice.
- Finish by garnishing the glass with a lime wedge and dragon fruit slice.
