I was sent Gatsby Chocolate to try for free. Let’s just say, I was excited, to begin with, but, then to find out it has low sugar at only 2 grams of sugar per serving. Had me even more excited as we have been trying to eat healthier.

- GATSBY’s Sea Salt Extra Dark Chocolate is 60 calories!
- Almond Dark is 70 calories.
This chocolate is half the calories or less compared to others. Even lower than other low-sugar chocolate bars which are double the calories compared to GATSBY. (3x fewer calories than the likes of Lindt and Ghirardelli.)
We tried chocolate bars and peanut butter cups. Guess what? The GATSBY peanut butter cups are only 50 calories per cup. Eat two for the calories of one! These chocolate peanut butter cups are so good!
They even have white chocolate peanut butter cups!
My thoughts on the taste of Gatsby Chocolate
My favorites from the chocolate we tried – Hands down were the chocolate bars with almonds (Dark Almond) and the Gatsby peanut butter cups.
You can break the chocolate and eat the squares or indulge in the whole bar. There are two peanut butter cups per package. One for you and one for me.
The extra dark chocolate is good but, extra dark chocolate tends to have that distinct taste, slightly less sweet in taste. I would pair it with wine, add it to muffins, add it on top of ice cream, or something sweet. If you love extra dark chocolate try this.
Count the ways you love to eat chocolate. By itself, in baked goods, on charcuterie boards, topping ice cream, with wine, with salty things like pretzels, toss chocolate in popcorn… What’s your perfect way to crush your chocolate cravings? Mine is with GATSBY chocolate!
What’s a good low-calorie Chocolate?
