Hurrah for the New Year. Are you looking forward to a year filled with happiness? Do you create New Year’s resolutions? I read an article that most of us that do often fail. Our thoughts on Happy The Journal

We did receive this book for free and are loving it. So much so that my daughter is giving a copy to her high school friend who wants to start journaling. Both her and I plan on journaling more this year and this is an easy way to get started journaling. This book is like a mini-retreat to capture moments, let go, grow and get happy. Whether it’s for self-exploration, to use the journal prompts, read quotes or for self-help regarding healing and finding happiness we think you will enjoy this book.
