  7. Fill the muffin tins: Divide the batter evenly among the cupcake liners, filling each about ¾ full.
  8. Bake: Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  9. Cool: Allow the cupcakes to cool in the tin for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
