Review: Personalized Gifts for Kids & Parents at Tolalu
I love creating personalized gifts for the kids and grand kids. But, with Tolalu your not limited to that you can also create personalized gifts for anyone, moms, dads, grandmas, aunts and younger kids. My Review and Personal Experience shopping online at Tolalu:
The site is geared more toward to gifts for smaller children and parents / grandparents of smaller kids. I think with customization s you could create gifts for other ages. They do have photo book options for gifts for adults or others.
The site was easy to shop, select, customize and add to the cart. I had a gift coupon code to use and exceeded it with the shipping charges. The excess charges were paid with PayPal. After the transaction was completed. I went back to their site but, it didn’t show it as complete which confused me a little. But, then I did receive a confirmation email that the transaction was complete. I had also emailed them and the response email was very quick!
I paid for extra expedited shipping. I made my purchase on the 6th and as of the 12th still have not received it. Two days would of been either the 8th or even 9th. This part disappointed me. As I could of just purchased something else and gotten regular shipping. I did receive a $5. Off coupon for the next purchase in an email.
Not sure why there is a delay with my order or where the order is coming from I live in CA. I will have to reach out to see why I haven’t received my order yet as I have been out of town and didn’t know it hadn’t arrived. I had added the quick shipping so I could take photos to share with you.
From my experience I wouldn’t use the expedited shipping. It was $16.50 for two days which I thought was worth the cost until I haven’t received the order. I could of added another nice gift or two instead. I will update my post when I receive the products with how I liked them as gifts I am going to be giving.
