Dear Creatives, I don’t know if you remember a while ago I had the chance to review some of Udi’s Gluten Free Products. Well, I was given the opportunity to try their granola & I wanted to share some things about it with you today. The best part of getting to try their granola is finding out that it is so yummy! & it tasted just the same as other natural granola that I have tried in the past, only better. Honestly, I loved the taste.

Udi’s Gluten Free Granola

You will find it very easily as it is marked gluten free on the packaging with Udi’s logo. I will tell you some of the places you can find Udi’s Gluten Free Products, but let me tell you about these two wonderful granola s I tried from Udi’s first.

 Au Naturel

The Au Naturel Granola’s ingredients are: certified gluten free oats, wildflower honey & canola oil *baked in a facility that uses tree nuts. It is 120 calories per serving, with 35 calories from fat, 0 trans fat, saturated fat, sodium & cholesterol. Total Carbohydrate 19g, dietary fiber 2g, sugars 7g & protein 3g. This product is gluten free, dairy free, soy free, nut free & egg free. 11 servings per container & serving size is 1/4 cup.

Cranberry granola

There are a few differences in the Au Naturel & Cranberry Granolas. The biggest is this does contain walnuts & tree nuts. The ingredients in the Cranberry granola are: certified gluten free oats, wildflower honey, dried cranberries, (cranberries sugar, sunflower oil), canola oil, walnuts & tree nuts. It is 120 calories per serving, with 35 calories from fat, 0 trans fat, saturated fat, sodium & cholesterol. Total Carbohydrate 19g, dietary fiber 2g, sugars 8g & protein 3g. This product is gluten free, dairy free, soy free & egg free. 11 servings per container & serving size is 1/4 cup.

You don’t have need to be on a gluten free diet to try & enjoy these products, but if you need to be on a gluten free diet you will want these as a staple in your home. I know the granola along with a few other Udi’s products will be in our home & we don’t have any dietary restrictions. My kids really enjoyed many of these products, especially the blueberry muffins & muffin tops, along with the pizza crusts for healthy snacks. I found out the granola comes in Vanilla & Original too they are all priced $6.50 for a 12 0z. bag on their site.

When you visit Udi’s website you can find new product information,  a store locator, a tool kit to help you with living gluten free, a gluten free community, specials, *including a coupon for new email subscribers, recipes & shopping. Did you know that Walmart is even carrying Udi’s products? In my small local area on the Central Coast they are carried in health food stores & even Target which I was super excited to find out! You can also find Udi’s around the country, as well as Kroger, Publix, Whole Foods & more. Or they can be ordered from the website.

Have you or any of your family tried Udi’s Gluten Free Products?

Disclosure: This was not a paid post I did receive product (s) to allow me to be able to do an honest review of their line of gluten free  products & gluten free granola. This is my personal & honest opinion of their products.
