1. Start out with making the dough. If you don't have a mixer. Use a larger mixing bowl. Have a second bowl handy for your flour.
2. First cream your 1 cup butter, and 1-1/2 cups (granulated) sugar together
3. Next add your 2 eggs, and 2 tsp. vanilla

In a separate bowl measure out, and add

1. 2-3/4 flour
2. 1/2 tsp.salt
3. 2 tsp. baking powder
4. Whisk together slowly, all the dry ingredients. Then, slowly add your flour mixture to your creamed butter, and egg mixture. Until all the flour is added. Mix together well but, don't over mix.

In a separate bowl add

1. 1/3 cup (granulated) sugar
2. 2 tsp. cinnamon
3. and mix together well.
4. Now roll your dough into balls. I use a smaller scoop to keep amounts equal in size. Roll into a ball until you have your non stick sheet pan filled with them.
5. Next dip each one into cinnamon-sugar bowl, rolling around two times until fully coated with the cinnamon sugar mixture.
6. Repeat this step if needed for a second tray.
7. When done add to pre heated oven of 400 degrees for about 12-15 minutes. Don't over cook.
