The Best & Easiest Tortellini Soup Recipe

Ingredients
- 8 cups chicken stock organic
- 15-24 oz. cheese tortellini large package
- 1 small can sweet peas drained
- 1 can garbanzo beans / chick peas rinsed & drained
- 2-3 cups baby spinach washed & chopped into bite size pieces
- salt & pepper to taste
- grated Parmesan Cheese
- sliced lemon
Instructions

Put chicken broth in a pot bring to a light boil, then add tortellini & other ingredients, salt & pepper to taste. Reduce to simmer & cook for 5 minutes.

Garnish with the grated Parmesan cheese & juice from a sliced lemon.
