No dairy substitution add 1 banana. No banana alternatives: strawberries, pineapple or peach. Fresh or frozen. If frozen do not defrost blend right into your smoothie frozen. No need for ice. Want it more icy? Just add 1/2 cup or to your liking. We purchase the large containers of Yogurt but, one small will make about 2 if you use half the container per smoothie, which is a little less than what I used in my recipe.
